Remembrance Service – Saturday 11 November 2023

The Town Council would like to invite members of the Timebank to this year’s Remembrance Service & Parade to be held on Saturday 11 November 2023, at the Whitehill & Bordon War Memorial located at the junction of Camp Road and Ennerdale Road, commencing at 10.40am.

We are delighted to have approximately 150-200 soldiers from 4 Armoured Close Support Battalion of REME (Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers) who will march past the War Memorial led by the Sandhurst Military Brass Band. They have an affiliation with Whitehill and Bordon, and they will be marching from The Shed at 10.20am along Camp Road towards the War Memorial.

We are therefore requesting two important things:

• Arrive at the War Memorial by 10.10am in readiness of the march
• Free parking available on the day at The Shed to avoid congestion around this area. There is no parking near the War Memorial.
